Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Consulting & Licensing Services

Once consulting services have been delivered (meetings, analysis, reports), fees are non-refundable.

2. Technical Assessment Engagements

Cancellation before 3 days of engagement start: 100% refund (after deducting transaction charges).
Cancellation within 5 days of engagement start: 25% refund.
No refund after engagement commencement.

3. Subscriptions / Digital Services

Subscription cancellations can be requested anytime. Refunds will be pro-rated based on unused service period, if applicable.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be provided in case of technical issues, duplicate payments, or if the company cancels an engagement/service.
