Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Consulting and licensing

Fees for consulting and licensing work are non-refundable after deliverables have been provided.

2. Technical assessments

Cancellations more than three days before a scheduled assessment receive a 100% refund minus transaction fees. Cancellations within five days receive 25%. No refund is issued after an assessment has started.

3. Subscriptions and digital products

You may cancel anytime. Pro-rated refunds are issued only where the product terms explicitly allow them.

4. Exceptional cases

Technical failures on our side, duplicate payments, or cancellations initiated by Sampro are reviewed and refunded as applicable.
