1. Services

Sampro provides consulting, software asset management, software development, SAP, ServiceNow, staffing, and related digital services. Access to certain platforms is limited to registered users.

2. User responsibilities

You must not misuse our services or share credentials. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

3. Intellectual property

All website and product content remains the property of Sampro License India Private Limited unless a written agreement states otherwise. Reproduction without permission is not allowed.

4. Payments

Fees are payable in advance as per invoice. Service delivery starts after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of liability

Sampro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Services are delivered on a best-effort professional basis as defined in the relevant statement of work.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
